ESR Furnace was Launched Production in CFHI

On August 24, 2010, the reformed Electroslag Remelting (ESR) furnace was launched production in China First Heavy Industry Co. (CFHI). The ESR ingot with 80t was manufactured favorably on August 26. The chairman of CFHI Wu Shengfu and leaders of Casting and forging department conducted work personally in locale. Formal commission of the furnace marks that CFHI has ability of providing ESR ingot for HV/MV rotor of ultra-supercritical power station and stainless steel forgings with low carbon like main pipe of nuclear power etc.
