Successful Commissioning of 18 Ton Full-hydraulic Electro-hydraulic Hammer

On September 15th, 2008, CMYQ-450 18 ton Full-hydraulic electro-hydraulic hammer, which was reformed from 16 ton steam die hammer by Xi''''''''an Heavy Machinery Research Institute, was commissioned in Shanxi Forging Factory. By the end of December 2009, over 14500 ton forgings were produced successfully. During producing for more than a year, the hammer met completely demands of production; and the efficiency of the energy saving is 90%. Xi''''an Heavy Machinery Research Institute has rich experience on reconstruction of heavy steam die hammer and looks forward to cooperating with many enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions.
