Chongqing Qingling Forging Co., Ltd. (QLF), a subsidiary of Qingling Motors (Group), was founded by Qingling Group, ISUZU, TDF and ISUZU (China) Holding Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of USD 83 million. QLF, with a 6,300T automatic forging and hear treatment line and 1600T semi-automatic forging and hear treatment line from Germany, is engaged in forged pieces for engine, transmission and axle assemblies for ISUZU N, T, U and F series vehicles. QLF produces products ranging from crankshaft, connection rod, camshaft, gear, front axle and knuckle in over 90 varieties, with an annual capacity of 10,000 tones.

 

Chongqing Dajiang Xinda Vehicles Co., Ltd. - Casting and Forging Company (formerly Chongqing Dajiang Xinda Vehicles Steel Works Inc. Casting and Forging plant) is the largest professional ferrous-metal casting and forging center in the southwest of China.  The company can provide a large number of casting steel, casting iron, forging and technical services for industries such as construction machinery, railway vehicles, automobile, metallurgical and chemical industry national and internationally.

 

Chongqing Chuangjing Warm Forging Forming Co., Ltd., founded in 2002, was from the former Precise Isothermal Forging Factory of No. 59 Institute of China North Industries Group.  The Institute has been involved into R&D of special pressed work and provided technical support to national defence.  The company, high-tech enterprise of Chongqing, has passed ISO9001-2000 in 2003, ISO/TS6949 in 2007.  The company has 17 forging production lines which are able to make hot precision forging, isothermal forging, cold forging, and combined forging.  The yearly yield is 20 thousand ton forgings.
