ZDYJ-B series of open forging hydraulic machine is mainly used for various process of metal material forging, which include billet drawing, upset forging, punching hole, reaming, offset, rough rotation, and bending etc.
This machine is of three-beam four-pillar structure, consisting of body, oil cylinder, moveable working table, hydraulic transmission system, electric control system, lubricating system etc. These parts are connected by pipeline and electric devices to form the whole body.
The body consists of top beam, bottom beam, slider, vertical pillar, moveable working table, locking nut, and adjusting nut etc. the upper beam and lower beam jointly four vertical pillars fixed by locking nut form close stress framework. The main oil cylinder and back stroke cylinder are fixed on the upper beam, the sliders connected with plunger rod of oil cylinder are driven up and down to do guidance movement by four vertical pillars.
The top beam, bottom beam and the sliders are welded by high quality steel plate. It adopts protection welding by the carbon dioxide and is annealed after the welding to eliminate the stress. Also, it can adopt integrated casting steel structure.
The vertical pillar and the plunger rod are made of #45 forged steel and processed with heat treatment. The body of oil cylinders are all made of 35# forged steel.
The movable working table, of which body is ZG270-500 cast steel (or rolled board), is used to facilitate the die replacement and forgings movement. The body bears die weight and working load, and transmits the load to the working table of main body.
Linkage prepared joints can be equipped to realize the linkage and improve the working efficiency of the hydraulic machine and Forging Manipulator according to the requirements.
