Clutch-Operated Screw Press Series

----High efficiency and energy-saving forging equipment

Characteristics:

Combine the operation principles of crank press, hydraulic press and forging hammer.
High forming energy: The output energy is about two times of that of friction screw press with same tonnage.
High productivity: Ram is with the feature of quick acceleration, long available stroke, high stroking speed.
Long guide length: With both column and X shaped guides, can realize multi-stage strike.
Large available space: Without fixed bottom died-point, ram can reach its max force and energy within about 2/3 of stroke which makes it easy of spraying lubricant or holding forged piece.
Long die life: Both of upper and bottom ejectors can work simultaneously, the holding time of work-piece in die is shorter than that of friction screw press and crank press.
High automation: Computer control makes it easy to pre-select blow force and stroke, program multi-stage forging process, and display breakdown information automatically.
Less power main motor has a low impact to power network, saving energy and high efficiency.
