BRIMET has devoted in the developing the forging technology for the front axle beam for more than ten years. By adopting the self-developed four-stage-roll-forging-process main shape the axle beam can be formed only the both ends need to be formed during die forging process. Therefore the tonnage of main forging press can be reduced to 79%.

1. ZGD1000 automatic forging roll
2. 25000kN to 40000kN clutch-operated screw press
3. robot or manipulator for automatic operation
Comparing with mechanical forging press line the 2/3 investment can be saved. In addition, material utilization ratio can be increase to 85-92%, production speed can become 1.5-2min/piece, annual turnout can reach 120,000 pieces.
