The Series Press is a Straight-side Two-Point High-Speed Precision Press, forming an independent automatical stamping production line together with the coil cradle, the uncoiler-leveler and the high-performance feeder. Because of the two-point type structure, the capability to bear the eccentric load is larger. The large area of the bed is suitable for progressive-die stamping, as to simplify the compound die and to economise the cost of die. The press is mainly used for making sheetmetal formed parts such as rotor, stator, electromagnetic core, transformer core, etc. Production efficiency of the press is high and accuracy of the workpiece is good. The slide reciprocates in the needle noclearance plane gibs. The slide is fitted with the dynamic counterbalancer and the foundation cushion, as to keep the press stable during high-speed running.
