Jinhu Casting & Forging Co., Ltd., built in 1994, is the member of Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry (CCMI) and China Foundry Association. It, has 300 employees and capability of annual output of 8000 tons of casting, and 28000 tons of forgings, has been one of the largest enterprises through the foundry and forging industries in the northern Jiangsu province.
The company has many advanced manufacturing equipments such as 1600 ton hydraulic fast forging press, resin bonded sand regeneration line, 3 ton electric arc furnace, 1 ton medium frequency furnace, 3 ton air hammers, friction presses of 1000 ton and 400 ton, resistance furnace. As for inspection equipment, the company has spectrograph, ultrasonic flaw detector, universal mechanical testing, hardness meter, fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detector etc.
The company has gained the certificate of ISO9001 and has been a main supplier of various castings & forgings such as valves and gear axles to the Chinese industries of oil, chemical, metallurgy, construction machinery. The products of oil machinery, manufactured according to API standards, are sold all over China and abroad.
