Nanjing Auto. Forging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NJFis a manufacturing enterprise mainly producing automotive, mechanical and ship-use forgings. NJF is one of the standing director members of China Forging Association. It takes up 135700 m2, including 40000 m2 of building area. It has fixed assets valued at 180 million RMB and 600 staff workers, including 80 engineers and technicians. Its annual capacity is 35000t. The forging parts are exported to many countries, such as USA, Germany, Italy, Japan, korea etc.
NJF’s main customers are Shanghai Automotive Industrial Corporation (SAIC), Caterpillar Inc., Asia Track Link in Tianjin, Dalian Shidao Marine Fitting Co., Ltd., German Lashing in Nanjing,?????? NAVECO, MG in Nanjing, ELBE in Germany, Tenaris in Italy etc.
The main equipment are as follows: hot die forging press 1600t, 2500t (2 sets), 3200t, 4000t?? upsetter 315t, 630t, 2000t?? screw press 300t, 400t, 730t, hammer 1t, 2t (2 sets), 3t, 5t?? induction heater?? automatic cold extrusion press for tube, coining machine 700t, 800t, 1500t?? shot blast machine?? band sawing machine (5 sets)?? shearing machine ranges from 250t to 900t (4 sets)?? and 9 HT production lines.
The main inspection/test equipment are spectrum meter (BAIRD, USA), fluorescent magnetic flaw detector (TIEDE, Germany), CMM (MITUTOYO, Japan), CMM(HEXAGON, USA), optical temperature comparator(RAYTEK, USA), metallurgical microscope (Olympus) and hardness meter.
NJF was certified to ISO/TS16949: 2002 in 2005, GB/T28001-2001 and GB/T24001-2004-ISO14001 in July of 2006. It was verified by Lloyd’s Register and DNV in December of 2006. It was approved by GL in January of 2007???and KR in April of 2008. Besides, NJF earned many honors, in 2007, such as Nanjing High-tech Enterprise, Nanjing 100 Developing Technical Industrial Enterprise etc.
