Wuhu Sanlian Forging Co.,Ltd is located in High-tech Industry Development Zone of Wuhu city, Anhui Province. It is a private enterprise specializes in the production of forging of automobie parts and machining, covering the area of 110 acres, the total investment is one hundred million RMB. Now it has 20 forging procuction lines, the annaul output is 40,000 tons. Wuhu Sanlian Forging Co., Ltd owns more than 600 employees. All kinds of engineering and technical personnel are 45, including 5 senior engineers and 20 engineers. Sanlian owns many forging equipments, such as, 630T,1000T,1600T and 2500T heat mould forging press, 1000T electric screw press, 1000T,1600T,2500T,4000T and 630T friction press, 1000T hydraulic press, rolling machine and other revelent equipments for heat treatment and flaw dectection. Sanlian owns advanced mould processing equipments, such as, processing center, vacuum heat treatment quenching furnace, nitriding furnace, etc. Sanlian owms advanced testing equipments, such as, universal testing machine, brinell hardness tester, metallographic microscope, direct reading spectrometer and three-coordinates measuring machine. Sanlian's main products are automobile connecting rod, ball joint housing, tie rod, hub, crankshaft, control arm, steering knuckle, transmission shaft, balance shaft, rocker, transmission gears, shift fork, friction slices and other accessories of precision forging and finishing products. Sanlian's main foreign customers are Magna Canada, Sidsm Belgium, CTR Korea, borg watts America, FAG Germany, Bosch Germany, ZF Germany, ZF CCV Germany , NTN Japan, MDF America, DHB Brazil, RTS Spain and OCAP Italy, the main domestic customers and end users are Guangxi Yulin Diesel Group Co., Ltd, Jinhong Neijiang Crankshaft Co., Ltd, Fupeng Neijiang Crankshaft Co., Ltd, JAC Automobile Co., Ltd, FAW-VW Automobile Co., Ltd, FAW Hippocampus Motors Limited, FAW Jiefang Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Geely Automobile Holdings Co.,Ltd, Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd, BYD Motors Co.,Ltd, Jialing-Honda Motor Co., Ltd, Beijing Hyundai Motors Co., Ltd, Wuhu Chery Automobile Co., Ltd.
