Upgrading of The Manufacture System of Large-size Casting and Forging Steel in CFHI

In June 2010, the manufacture system of large-size casting and forging steel has been upgraded in China First Heavy Industries (CFHI) fully in Fulaerji city. When the project was finished, production ability of steel will increase from 25000 ton to 50000 ton, output of forgings from 12000 ton to 24000 ton, output of castings from 30000 ton to 60000 ton per year. The pouring capacity is 600 ton ingot, max casting is 500 ton, max forging is 400 ton. The production of castings and forgings will account for 25% of the total amount in the world.
